The SBA has information on six lender programs. In the Certified Lenders Program (CLP) loan applications are received from experienced lenders who have a successful history of SBA lending.
The Preferred Lenders Program (PLP) is another part of the streamlining process to help determine which small business will receive financial assistance. The Patriot Express Program is for veterans, active duty military, reservists, National Guard and spouses of those mentioned. There is also information on SBA Express, Community Express, and Secondary Market Program. You can find information on all 7(a) programs in this section.
