The Export Express Loan combines the SBA’s small business lending assistance and the technical assistance programs to businesses that have exporting potential but also a history of difficulty acquiring export financing.

This program is designed for businesses who are involved in international trading or who are about to begin, as well as those affected by competition from imports.

Created for exporters, it provides them with short-term working capital. Lenders are encouraged to offer export working capital loans on the basis of guaranteeing repayment of up to 1.5 million or 90 percent of the loan amount, or the lesser of the two.

The goal of this program is to provide financial and technical assistance to eligible small business contractor’s transitioning from defense to civilian markets.

The aim is to provide financial assistance to Employee Stock Ownership Plans. The plan must be sponsored by the employer company of which the employees must be a part of. It is required to comply with the Internal Revenue Service Code regulations or the Department of Labor.

Designed to help U.S. companies who have been negatively affected by NAFTA in certain areas of the country. CAIP can be used alongside with 7(a) and 504 loan programs.

Stemming from the 7(a) loans, its purpose is to control pollution. The goal of the program is to bring financial assistance to eligible small businesses that create facilities that help control, prevent, reduce, or abate any form of pollution, including recycling.
